Installation of the ENVISAT_tools

And for the ENVISAT_TOOLS

1. cd ENVISAT_TOOLS
2. (review the Makefile)
3. make -n (check what happens)
4. make (compile software)
5. make -n install (check if this is what you want)
6. make install

We did not automate this because of the complexity, while simply editing two Makefiles should not be a big problem.
